Town of Port Hedland on Cyclone Watch

As at 1500hrs 14/02/2018, Kuri Bay to Port Hedland, including Broome went on Cyclone Watch for a developing Tropical Low which is expected to track across the north Kimberley and may develop into a tropical cyclone off the northwest Kimberley coast on Friday or Saturday.

The Hedland SES Unit advises residents to take this time to actively commence their cyclone preparations for possible cyclone activity going into the weekend.
