Tropical Cyclone Looms

Evening Hedlanders,

As of 3pm this afternoon the Pilbara Coastline from Wallal to Onslow went onto a Cyclone Watch.

As of 9pm the forecast track moved slightly east which will increase the risk of damaging winds here in Hedland.
As per the BoM advise Hedland could start to experience Gales from Friday afternoon.

So make sure you have your property well prepared, your emergency kit is gathered and you have a plan should you decide you need to evacuate.
